Trek District 2009
Fixed Gear – Belt Drive Hybrid Bike

Trek’s first belt drive singlespeed features an aggressive riding geometry and an edgy appearance. The belt drive is a carbon fiber composite belt lub free and reinforced to prevent stretch. The belt is lighter than a chain and the belt produces an ultra quite ride. The Trek District is not a retro-styled singlespeed bike it is completely progressive.

Trek Bicycle is on the cutting edge of a movement to bury the finger pinching, pants-munching, rust-prone sprocket and chain and ushers into a new era of belt-driven bikes.
