We’re back!

We’re sorry for our recent website outage. We are back up again. If you tried to visit our website over the last week, you would have noticed that it was inaccessible.  We deeply regret this situation.

The outage was caused by issues at our web hosting service which made our primary, backup and DNS servers inaccessible.

The hosting service has replaced our primary server and has just completed reloading our data from an offsite backup. We are still in the process of tuning the new primary and database servers, so performance may be a little slow for the next few days until we complete the tuning process.

We apologize for any inconvenience.  We are committed to make this website accessible 100% of the time, but unfortunately, this outage was out of our control.
